2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Users may book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through the online portal. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to appear without cancellation may result in temporary restriction from booking future appointments.
3. Eligibility and Documentation Requirements
Users must meet all legal and documentary requirements for PSA marriage-related services, including but not limited to valid government-issued IDs, birth certificates, and other supporting documents as mandated by the PSA. Marriage.psaonlineappointment.com does not verify eligibility or document authenticity; users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with PSA regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Marriage PSA Online Appointment Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness. While we strive to maintain system uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for delays, errors, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
